Biography Information

Joanna Lipper is an author, filmmaker and photographer. She runs Sea Wall Entertainment, a company dedicated to the research, development and production of books and films.  Joanna Lipper's nationally acclaimed book on teen parents Growing Up Fast was published by Picador in 2003. Ms. Lipper's public appearances include lectures on a range of issues relating to psychology, sociology and film.  As a Visiting Lecturer at Harvard, she will be teaching  a course “Using Film For Social Change” offered in Spring and Fall, 2011.
