What is a webcast?
Webcasts are a downloadable video files you can view on your video iPod or other portable player. You can also view them on your computer. This means you can watch them anytime you like, whether or not you are on line.
What is a webcast subscription?
When you "subscribe" to the DuBois Institute webcast feed, a web application checks our site periodically, and automatically downloads any new webcasts it finds. You won't have to look for new content – the content comes to you, even if you don't actually visit our site.
What do I need to watch webcasts?
You will need a computer with an Internet connection, and webcasting software. You will also need a portable video player such as a video iPod, if you want to view webcasts away from your computer.
Just follow these simple steps:
1. Click "Subscribe"
2. Select the podcatcher you would like to use from the dropdown list and click on it
3. The podcatcher will launch on your computer and you will automatically be subscribed.
